The following ordinances & resolutions are currently under review by Town Council
  • Ordinance No. 9-2026. An Ordinance to Adopt a Budget for the Town of Atlantic Beach for the Fiscal Year Commencing July 1, 2026 and ending June 30, 2027.  
  • Ordinance No. 10-2026.  An Ordinance Adopting A Provisional Budget for the Town of Atlantic Beach South Carolina, for the Fiscal Year Beginning July 1, 2026, pending adoption of a final annual budget and providing for the levy and collection of taxes and the continued operation of Town Government. 
  • Resolution No. 16– 2026 Authorizing Interim Town Manager to execute the contract for Planning and zoning assistance.
  • Resolution No. 17– 2026 Authorizing Interim Town Manager to execute contract with selecting Building Official.
  • Resolution No. 18– 2026 Authorizing Interim Town Manager to extend Diamond Shores Contract to November 2027, capping the cost to $ 6,500.00.
  • Resolution No. 19-2026 Authorizing Interim Town Manager to pay the Town Accountant, Kimberly Vinson, $ 6,277.00.
